3. We come to you. Your appointment is booked when you submit the form, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your total, amount paid, and balance due.

Payment and cancellation

Pay a $50 deposit now or pay in full now. Balance is due before testing starts.

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead: refund minus a $5 admin fee. Less than 24 hours ahead: cannot be rescheduled and only partially refunded.

Fingerprinting is $60 total, pay in full.

What to bring

Photo ID for all participants. Court or case documents for legal tests. For DNA testing, no eating, drinking except water, gum, smoking, or mouthwash for 1 hour before your test.
