Returns & Refunds policy
Clients are eligible for a refund under specific circumstances outlined below:
Full Refund: If the client cancels the appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund: If the client cancels within 24-48 hours of the appointment time a partial refund (minus a processing fee) will be issued.
NO REFUND: If the client cancels less then 24 hours before the appointment time no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
For cancellations less then 24 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged
RETESTING & INCONCLUSIVE TESTING POLICY
In the rare event that a test s inconclusive:
Client will be offered a re-test at no additional charge
If the client opts not to retest, they may receive a partial refund (excluding administrative fees)
DELIVERY OF RESULTS
Standard Delivery: Test results will be delivered within 3-7 business days froom thhe date of the sample collection. Client will be informed of the expected delivery time at the time of their appointment.
Delivery Method: Results will be delivered via secure email or through a secure online portal. Hard copies can be requested and mailed for an additional fee.
Expedited Delivery: For an additional fee, expedited processing and delivery options are available, with results delivered between 1-3 business days.
Delays: In the event of an unforeseen delay, clients will be notified immediately with an updated timeline. We will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.
Confidentiality: All results will be delivered in a confidential manner, ensuring privacy and security.
AT HOME KITS are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for returning the samples in the paid postage provided.
