Background Check Process: Your Path to Informed Decisions
At TestWise Labs, we've streamlined the background check process to be efficient, compliant, and secure.
Step 1: Order & Secure Payment
Begin by submitting background check form & then submit payment for your desired background check service. During this step, you will provide:
For the person being checked: Their full name and email address.
For the person requesting the service: Your email address and the reason for the background check.
Step 2: Consent & Authorization
Once payment is successfully received, the necessary consent forms will be emailed directly to the individual being checked. It is crucial that this form is fully completed and returned, as the background check cannot be conducted without their express consent. The employee or person being investigated will have 14 days to complete and return this form.
Step 3: Conduct Check & Receive Results
Upon receipt of the completed consent form, the background check will be promptly initiated.
For the most common national and federal checks, results are typically available instantly.
Results will be securely sent to the person who requested the check. Depending on the nature of the results, delivery will be either by email or via a direct phone call for sensitive information.
All background checks conducted by TestWise Labs are performed in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
